A few general thoughts about Laser Projectors...CDBeam's Opinions...ONLY !!!

1) If you want "Bang for your Buck"....Go with one of the Better Chinectors ( Chinese Laser Projector ) !! BUT...What about a CDRH Variance ??? Oh CR^P ! Sorry Charlie !!! Really hard to do with !!!a projector from China
If you want rock solid reliability and a CDRH Variance.....Go with X-Laser/Kvant....BUT...PAY THE PRICE !!

2) Pangolin IS the leader in Projector Software...WOW....packed full of features..But NOT inexpensive !!! ..LSX is free....but a steep learning curve !!! There are others that are free that may be good...I have no experience with say...Laserboy !!! But....to master ANY program...just takes a fair amount of practice !!! There is just SOOOOooo much....I rarely see much on PL on how to do this or that on a Laser Show programe !!!

I would recommend...If you are just getting started...Get A 3 Watt Cinector...and tinker with one of the Freeware Software...just to see how you like it !!! THEN....Trade-up from there !!!
A CDRH Variance....is a "License to Operate ...in Public and for Profit " IF you are not planning on that....well...Go Small First.....THEN...GO BIG OR GO HOME !!! Bob
