Would of snatched it if I could. Definitely do not want to see this laser in the skip however.

Reasons for: Very impressive Ar/Kr. 8W of white laser light.
Absolute steal of a price even without controller.
Stops a laser like this going to the skip

Reasons against: Space, this laser is a giant and would take a lot of room to store.
Three phase electricity, would have to get three phase power installed just to start it up.
Weight and logistics, wouldn't have any way of collecting and transporting this giant. 80kg transformer!
Getting it running, I have a argon in my collection that has sat not run due to a lack of controller. This would probably sit the same way until i can find someone to help get it running.

well, you could always remove the hard to get parts or optics Assuming no one will take it.
